Bruno Tapolsky, currently Chairman of the Board of FIREFREE Coatings, Inc. (previously International Fire Resistant Systems, Inc) where I set and manage strategic direction, business development both domestic and international, as well as corporate planning and business management. Prior to that, I was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Multitude, Inc, a managed services provider of converged communication (voice and IP) applications to telecom carriers, including best-of-breed web conferencing, collaboration, unified messaging... While at the Company, I have set and managed its strategic direction, built a strong management team, lead corporate development and secured more than $45 million of operating capital. As a result Multitude gained over a million users generating in excess of 250 million minutes per quarter. In addition to substantial experience in managing emerging growth companies, I have an extensive background in corporate development/strategy together with a strong track record in both private and public financing and M&A.
