After graduating cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with two B.A. degrees in Finance and Computer Applications, Britta Hyllengren managed charitable assets for State Street Global Advisors. During her service with State Greet Global Advisors, Britta Hyllengren helped charitable organizations structure planned giving programs. Britta Hyllengren also collaborated with donors to ensure they received maximum financial benefits in their lifetime from willing their assets postmortem.
Britta Hyllengren spent the next three years in association with the Day Pitney law firm, where she acquired corporate legal experience. In her time at Day Pitney, Britta Hyllengren represented clients in a $306 million loan. Hyllengren additionally expedited an $80 million debt facility in connection with commercial real estate.
Britta Hyllengren graduated in 2004 from the Boston Suffolk Universitys Law School and Sawyer Business School. Hyllengren achieved her J.D. and her M.B.A. degrees with GPAs of 3.44 and 3.7 respectively. Britta Hyllengrens academic achievements placed her in the top five percent of Suffolks law students and earned her a place on the Deans Honor List.
In 2008, Britta Hyllengrens name appeared in the Super Lawyers magazine amongst the Rising Stars of Massachusettss legal profession.
