About Me

ASH PATEL was born LEO on 2nd August. His passion for drawing and his creative abilities saw him graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture degree (with honors) in 1995.

His architectural career kick started from working for a small architectural firm to having his own practice and later ended up working with one of the largest architectural companies, working as a Project Architect managing various multi-million dollar projects.

His achievements include:

- Being voted & awarded the Most Popular student in the university in 1995

- He went from $11,000 of borrowed money in 2001 to later controlling assets worth over a million dollars in less than 4 years.

- Designed and project managed a variety of multi-million dollar architectural projects from 1995 to 2009.

- Launched an unique online business directory in 2005 (a pioneering effort)

- Bought a mortgage broking franchise in 2006.

- Founded MarkeZing with Brad Golchin (MarkeZing is a cutting edge marketing brand, helping Professionals leverage the power of Social Media)

Those who know him, sometimes refer to him as a HIT-MAN:- a man with Honesty, Integrity & Transparency.

His three major characteristics include Self Motivation, Accountability & Determination and the following three traits ensures his success in all the ventures he delves into:-

1) Being very focused and goal oriented.

2) Risk taker (with a willingness to step outside his comfort zone).

3) Ever-progressive attitude (where giving-up is not an option).
