EXPERIENCE:
2007 2009AECOM Canada Ltd. (Formerly Earth Tech Canada, Ltd.), Markham, Ontario
Senior Project Manager
Developed Business by reviewing requests for proposals (RFP) and selecting promising RFPs based on the clients background and reputation, company capability, and resources availability. Actively participated in the Toronto Business development monthly meetings.
Developed proposals including specifics of the proposed project, scheduling, and costing
Managed several multimillion multidiscipline projects including Wastewater Plants Electrical Assessment for the City of Toronto. I have successfully renegotiated the project after the kick-off meeting due to discrepancies between the number of electrical equipment in the RFP and the actual number of electrical equipment in the field.
Acted as a technical lead (electrical, as well as instrumentation and control) for numerous projects including SCADA and WAN Development and Implementation for the City of Sault Ste. Marie, Wanapitei Water Plant Electrical Improvements for the City of Sudbury, Chemical Systems replacement and rehabilitation for Town of Espanola water plant., etc.
Provided quality control review for electrical, instrumentation & control disciplines, as well as interdisciplinary co-ordination for numerous projects including Duffin Creek Wastewater Plant and South-East Wastewater Collector. My comments prevented costly errors and saved the company potential rework and contractors claims.
Monitored resources utilization for the electrical department.

2001 2002The ECE Group Ltd., Toronto, Ontario
Production Manager
Managed production of a consulting engineering firm engaged in electrical and mechanical projects in the building design and construction industry. The company has two offices head office in Toronto, Ontario, and a remote office in Calgary, Alberta with approximately fifty electrical and mechanical engineers, designers and CAD personnel. Project portfolio comprised of unique single and multifamily housing, hotels, educational, commercial, institutional, military, and industrial buildings, hospitals, and Internet data centers, as well as tenant improvements for small and large (up to several million square feet) tenants. As Production Manager, I was involved in all projects from proposal to closing. During my employment, I was able to increase revenue by increasing the average price per square foot, as well as project volume, especially in the tenant improvement area. I was also able to increase the quality of the contract documentation and decrease the company expenditures by outsourcing all CAD services. I have maintained very good personal relation with important clients and was personally involved in project management, design, and field services for several high profile projects. I have personally provided electrical design and construction management on several high profile projects, such as Shaw Cable (Calgary) Internet Data Center, Kingston Army Base Electrical Distribution Redesign, etc.
