Founder of Total Wellness!, a collaborative trans/gender/LGBT speakers bureau and workshop series addressing medical, psychological, spiritual, emotional, and community health, and founding member of the Antioch University LGBTIQ Alliance, precursor to the LGBT Specialization, Alexander offers diverse peer consultation and psychotherapeutic services. He also serves as the Vice President of FTM International (www.ftmi.org), the largest and longest running (22 years) FTM trans organization in the world, active in all 50 states, all Canadian provinces, and 18 countries.
